This is just lovely, definitely fits in with Warrior Wednesday, I love the Snow Queen and this is a PERFECT rendition of that story rendered in poetic fashion. If only we had a Poetry day in the week, for poems like this.
I was happy to comment, it was moving. Honestly I feel this way, as though I were a ‘Frost-Man’ of sorts until I met my gf who melted all the ice and lonely frost about my heart and turned it to Spring. I really do adore her.
As to a day for poetry let me see, maybe something like ‘Sing-Song Sunday’? Or ‘Solar Sunday’ as in poetry is like the sun (I know random thinking). Or Singing Sunday. I’m only thinking Sunday because there isn’t a themed day that’s really stuck for that day.
You are such a sweet romantic!! I love it 😊😊 I do like the idea of Sunday but isn’t it Funny Sunday” now? I really value humor in writing but I find it is often (for me) interwoven in a more serious piece and so does not feel like a good fit to submit for Funny Sunday…wonder if others feel the same as I don’t see too many posts submitted with the express purpose of being humorous BUT I do find much wonderful humor tucked into political satire and all other genres. Who hosts Funny Sunday?
Tough one… Muse Day- yet, prose is just as “musey” driven haha. Troubadour Tuesday- but this alludes to the poetry being mostly of a romantic sort of fantasy or medieval type - though I kind of like it because it feels like the ild shakespearean traveling poet who regales the masses with his rhymes 😂😊
I would be a bad host unfortunately- I am pulled in so many directions I barely find time to do my every Sunday post which I have promised myself! Definitely would love to see someone else run with it. These last 2 poems are fledgling efforts to contribute to the “shorts” and I could probably be a fairly regular contributor to a troubadour tuesday - would enjoy the poetry having a dedicated day!

Oh that would be Addam or 'Cedar Flyte' he's brilliant, good point I forgot about Funny Sunday, it's a fantastic event.
Hmm, maybe another day then? There's Tuesday? But what term could we use?

Troubadour Tuesday…. that’s an AWESOME idea, ouah! Cool!
Do you want to host it? Or would you prefer another do it?

Okay, hmm I might know 2 people who could do it. Mind if I ask them?
